Terms and Conditions for Students

  • Registration fee validity is for just 1 year or 1 session.
  • Registration fee is non-refundable but can be adjusted IN CASE there is a change with choice of college and course.
  • Final confirmation of admission will be subjected to completion of required entrance exam, counselling, documentations, ELIGIBLITY MARKS and other rules and regulations fixed as per the University / college management. Students have to follow and adhere every protocols.
  • Consistent, timely communication with college management during the application process.
  • Acting in a truthful, ethical, and conscientious manner.
  • Completing applications and submitting supporting materials (e.g., transcripts, test scores, letters of recommendation) prior to deadlines.
  • Providing 24 hours’ notice for cancelling of service / course / provisional admission.
  • Supplying background information to EDUGRT as requested (e.g., parent and student questionnaires, transcripts, test scores, high school profile).
  • Scheduling college tours required for interviews / counselling as per the requirement / choice / rule of College and Universities’.
  • All travelling expenses, if required before and after admission should be borne by Guardian / Students family.
  • Authenticity of all testimonials and educational certificates required for admission process.
  • Grant fee adjustment will be dealt directly with college management and as per their policies.
  • In case of any refund, it will be within 30 working days after analysing the complete module.


Terms and Conditions for Colleges

  • Grants amount offers mentioned or declared during registration should be at par or higher in value with comparison of the offers made to other agencies / consultancy houses. Any higher grants fee offered by other agency will be treated as violation of contract. In such situation, our registered / forwarded students can ask / demand for similar higher grants at any point of time (before or after admission process), as offered to students referred by other agencies.
  • Once the student's provisional letter with credentials is mailed to you, the candidate will be treated under the Edugrt banner only.
  • All grant amounts will be paid or adjusted according to your declaration during registration, and college management will adhere to this.
  • If the college management fails to deliver the grant fee, students may take legal action against the college. In this case, the college registration form will be treated as a legal promissory document against the college management.
  • In case of any delay in the release of the grant fee, the college management will address the issue with the students and resolve it mutually with both the students and their parents.
  • In case of any discrepancies in student information or eligibility, college management must promptly report the issue to Edugrt, and work collaboratively to resolve the matter in accordance with the guidelines provided by Edugrt.
  • College management must ensure that all student leads provided through the Edugrt portal are accurately processed, with timely follow-up on all inquiries, and updates are regularly shared with Edugrt to track the progress of each student.
  • College management is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of student information provided via the Edugrt portal and ensuring that such data is used solely for the purpose of grant assistance and admissions processing.
  • The college is required to provide detailed and transparent communication to students regarding the availability and disbursement of grant funds, ensuring students are fully informed of the terms and conditions.
  • College management must ensure that all students are provided with accurate, up-to-date information about the courses, admission process, and available grants, and must maintain clear communication with Edugrt on any changes that could affect the students' leads or grant disbursements.
  • The college is obligated to respond to any student queries or concerns related to grants leads within a reasonable timeframe, providing timely support to ensure the students’ applications are not delayed.
  • College management is expected to verify that all necessary documentation for grant / admission eligibility (academic transcripts, identity proofs, income certificates) is submitted by the students through the Edugrt portal.
  • College management must notify Edugrt immediately if a student is withdrawn or dropped out, ensuring that any pending grant funds are reassigned or cancelled accordingly.
  • College management must adhere to any deadlines and procedural timelines set by the University / management for final admission and processing to ensure that students' eligibility is not compromised due to delays.
  • College management agrees to allow Edugrt to publish and use the college name in all kinds of digital and print media advertisements in the form of a banner or landing pages.
